Paul Wesley is a multi-award winning actor, producer, and director. Most well-known for his role as Paul on the TV show The Vampire Diaries. The actor has won numerous nominations and awards for his work in the TV series, including Teen Choice Awards. Wesley was raised in New Brunswick New Jersey, United States. During his high school years he showed an interest for acting. Then he attended Rutgers University. Once he realised that his talents as an actor could lead to a successful career, he chose to leave. The cult American TV soap Another World was his first TV performance. A few years later, he starred as a leading character on Wolf Lake, a television series that which aired by the CBS network. He reached the pinnacle in his career when he started playing Stefan Salvatore in the American TV series The Vampire Diaries. He has directed a few episodes of the series as well. After his first appearance in the movie The Last Run he has been in a variety of popular films. Recent roles include Mothers and Daughters and The Late Bloomer as a supporting actor. On social media, he has nearly 13 million users on Instagram.
